Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the advertising sector, is looking for a Client Services Manager.

 

Our client, in the advertising sector, is looking for a Client Services Manager.

The successful candidate will oversee and lead the Client Services and Strategy teams to manage and grow the existing client accounts by devising and developing client strategy and relationships in Mauritius and in the region.

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts.
  • Dealing with all aspects of a campaign.
  • Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business Leading and training other members of the account team.
  • Managing the work of account executives.
  • Leading project management activity.
  • Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team.
  • Building a 'territory'.
  • Achieving sales targets.
  • Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives.
  • Attending client meetings.
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Completing administrative work, as required.

Qualification:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in a related field of study.
  • Previous experience and involvement in growing agencies.

Candidate profile:

  • Expertise in rate card and contract negotiation procedures.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, web technology and online marketing concepts.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and coaching and mentoring individuals.
  • Excellent understanding and experience of the digital industry.
  • Significant experience in a senior management or executive level position.
  • Strong marketing thinking and understanding of the communication disciplines.
  • Ability to maintain and extend client relationships.
  • Excellent time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed inter-personal skills and experience in interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent, clear and articulate in verbal communication with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm when presenting.
  • Assertive and able to take charge of a situation when appropriate with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
