IBL Logistics is currently seeking an experienced Client Relationship Executive to join its BPO activity.
Main Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships at operational level with assigned clients.
- Lead a sizeable team of Staffs to meet client deliverables through the monitoring of daily outputand productivity; and initiate remedial measures on a timely basis.
- Research and resolve client inquiries regarding system and process issues.
- Train & coach Staffs on new and existing system features and services.
- Proactively consult client/s on best practices and necessary system and process changes to achieve client goals throughout the year.
- Research and recommend system enhancement based upon client needs.
- Manage and maintain an effective Client relationship and ensure a consistent and excellent delivery of service at all times.
- Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders to find prompt solutions and ensure the continuity of the operation.
- Responsible for special projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Holder of a diploma or bachelor degree in management or business administration or any other related field.
- 2 to 3 years` experience in a similar position is essential.
Other Requisites:
- Good written/verbal communication skills, especially in French,coupled with an ability to effectively listen, clarify and respond well to questions.
- IT Literate with advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Need to have good analytical skills.
- Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced atmosphere.
- High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, organization and accuracy.
- Must possess a passion for teamwork, take initiatives and reach business results through problem solving.
