Our Client in the offshore sector is seeking to recruit a Client Administrator - Semi Senior for its operations.
Responsibilities:
. Incorporation of companies and setting up of trusts.
. Daily administration (including winding up) of companies and trusts.
. Fund administration.
. Developing background knowledge and understanding of your portfolio of clients.
. Direct and ongoing communication with clients.
. Liaise with banks, FSC, ROC, etc.
. Attending, drafting and finalizing of Minutes for board/shareholders meetings.
. Maintaining statutory books and records of companies and trusts under your portfolio.
. Keep up to date with corporate and regulatory requirements.
. Carrying out regular due diligence exercise on clients.
. Attending to Auditor’s queries.
. Undertake ad-hoc tasks, carry out duties including projects and delegated responsibilities.
. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and external parties.
. Any other equivalent duties.
Profile:
. University graduates (Law, Management, Finance or Accounting).
. ACCA / ICSA
. 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
. Be flexible and committed.
