Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, a Management Company in the finance services sector, is looking for a Client Administrator.

 

Our client, a Management Company in the finance services sector, is looking for a Client Administrator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing background knowledge and understanding of your portfolio of clients.
  • Direct and ongoing communication with key clients contacts.
  • Processing of bank receipts and payments.
  • Liaison with key parties and functionaries, including banks, FSC, ROC, MRA, auditors etc.
  • Attendance at periodic Board meetings and drafting/finalising of Minutes.
  • Maintaining the statutory books and records of the companies and trusts under your portfolio.
  • Incorporating of companies and setting up of trusts.
  • Administration of entities.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, external parties and staff in other departments through effective communication.
  • Keep up to date with corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks, carry out duties including projects and delegated responsibilities.
  • Any other cognate duties.

Qualification:

  • University graduates (Law, Management, Finance or Accounting)
  • ACCA / ICSA

Candidate profile:

  • 2-3 years experience in a similar position
