Client Accountant

Adecco is an Interntional HR and Consultancy firm. We are recruiting for one of our client in the offshore sector a Client Accountant. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for

Main Responsibilities:

• To prepare financial statements of companies and trusts under administration according to the list provided by the Financial Manager.
• Updating clients’ general ledgers on PASTEL.
• Prepare Income Tax Returns for clients.
• Maintain proper reconciliation of bank accounts and prepare transfer instruction for client in portfolio.
• Doing all return entries, maintain schedule, prepare and file quarterly / monthly /annual returns for clients in Portfolio.
• Liaising with Trust Administrators in respect of accounting queries and following up regularly until resolved.
• Assist junior accounting staff by providing guidance and review their works as and when necessary

Qualifications:

• ACCA level 2
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
