Duties & Responsibilities -

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, the incumbent will have to;

•Prepare debit/credit notes for amended invoices.
•Prepare prepayment with exact amount to be claimed.
•Follow up payment with customer
•Perform data entries for all ‘dossiers’ required as per standard rate structure
•Ensure that all invoices are updated in the computerised system before generating appropriate reports.
•Ensure that all relevant documents are attached to required invoices before despatch.
•Perform any other cognate as required.

What we are looking for -

The ideal candidate should have the following: 

•Minimum HSC with accounting/math or any other qualifications acceptable to Management
•2 years working experience in customs formalities is desirable.
•Knowledge in Customs Brokerage Procedures.
•Experience in Freight Forwarding business would be an advantage.
•Computer literate (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
•Good personality with excellent communication skills in both English and French.
•Should be creative, proactive, resourceful and demonstrate professionalism.
•Dynamic and with a 'Can Do' attitude.

Ready to work at odd hours and during weekends/public holidays
