Claims Service Representatives (Out-Patient)

Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, a leading Insurance Company is looking for a Claims Service Representatives (Out-Patient) for the Health department.

Our client, a leading Insurance Company is looking for a Claims Service Representatives (Out-Patient) for the Health department.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for

Main Responsibilities:

• Filter and process Out-Patient claims
• Handle and follow-up with incoming calls, incoming mails and queries in a timely manner
• Liaise with in-house Medical Officers
• Liaise with the Accounts and other departments as and when required
• Liaise with the Team Leader - Underwriting and Client Service Representatives on a regular basis
• Communicate with Agents and Brokers

Qualifications:

• Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ working experience in the field will constitute an advantage
• Be well versed in policy wording, policy terms and conditions

• Be proactive, dynamic and result oriented
• Be able to handle pressure to deliver against tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Have an outgoing personality with excellent customer relationship skills
• Be a team player
