Financial Management of the centre; Prepare budget, Profit and Loss and Cashflow; Manage the daily activities of the company Shopping Mall; Manage and build strong relationships with tenants
Responsibilities:
. Manage the daily activities of the company Shopping Mall.
. Handle the marketing, operational, leasing, exhibition and financial matters
. Manage and build strong relationships with tenants
. Thorough knowledge of the lease agreements and the local judicial system to enforce it
. Proactively find ways to increase revenue and ensure that vacancy levels are kept at a minimum
. Set processes and procedures to ensure that the asset is properly maintained and safeguarded
. Manage and build strong relationships with service providers
. Ensure that tenants pay on time and that proper security is in place for each contract
. Provide clear guidance and management to all direct reports ensuring business and personal objectives are set and achieved
. Ensure that house rules are adhere to by tenants and exhibitors
. Responsible for the renewal of leases and that all vacant space is let and in a presentable state
. Prepare and submit a monthly management report on each property
. Prepare and manage annual budgets
. Financial management of the centre; budget, Profit and Loss and cashflow
Profile:
. Degree in Business Administration and/or Property Management, or any other equivalent qualifications in the related field
. Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar industry at Management level
. Knowledge of Contract Law would be an advantage

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
