RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet visitors and provide comprehensive information to customers.
• Compute and maintain records of totals transaction accurately.
• Ensure correct handling of cash and/or monetary transactions during sales.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Perform reconciliation of total payments with total sales on a daily basis.
• Perform any other cognate duties as may be required.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES
• Hold at least a Higher school certificate
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (Both English and French Language)
• Be computer literate
• Have strong planning and organisation skills.
• Dynamic and outgoing personality
• Attention to detail
• Trustworthy
• Ability to work odd hours and on weekend and public holidays
