Café LUX Waiter/Waitress ( Caudan Outlet )

Attend and serve customers with food and drink as requested

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Welcome seat and serve guests as per set service sequence;
- Provide a speedy, courteous, efficient and friendly service to guests;
- Ensure that standards of hygiene are maintained at all times and that the outlet complies with health and safety regulations;
- Maximise the aesthetic appeal of outlet by the use of display;
- Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures and equipment in the outlet;
- Carry out in inventories on a regular basis and ensure stock level is always maintained;
- Participate in the counter set-up and in clearing of tables on a daily basis, as instructed by the Café LUX* Manager;

EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in Food & Beverage operations.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- High levels of integrity;
- Passionate about service;
- Creative and innovative;
- Proactive, dynamic, flexible and professional attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French languages;
- Sound knowledge of Micros;
- Previous cash handling experience;
- Willingness to work during odd hours, weekends as well as on public holidays;
- Valid Food Handlers’ Certificate;
- A clean certificate of character is a must.
