In view of our expansion and diversification, we are recruiting a Customer Service & Technical Supervisor for the after-sales service department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Customer Service & Technical Advisor
- Ensure necessary technical assistance to clients, both internal and external
- Define technicians planning for surveys / reparation / maintenance contracts / installation
- Follow up implementation of planned interventions
- Check and follow progress of MEP services prior to installations.
- Supervise technicians to ensure that work is performed correctly, securely and to meet deadlines.
- Carry out technical survey
EXPERIENCE
- A degree in engineering and / or an experience in the service industry will be an advantage
- Knowledge in industrial Kitchen & laundry equipment
- Microsoft office conversant
- Valid driving license
