The key responsibilities are:
• Lead and manage the implementation of a mix of internal and external events, including business-wide conferences;
• Devise event concept and strategy following discussions with internal business units to understand their needs and delivering on same accordingly;
• Conduct post evaluation of events and pick out key learnings/ideas for improvement of future activities;
• Create detailed plans and proposals for each event including timelines, venues, suppliers;
• Organise technical production such as stage sets, technical equipment and support;
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the effective communication, promotion and delivery of the agreed events plan and individual events;
• Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with external event companies and suppliers to ensure value for money and excellent delivery of all events;
• Implement and oversee the effective set up of all facilities/logistics necessary for each event and the effective dismantling & clearing of the venue post event;
• Lead and coach a team of event organisers to sustain high level of performance;
• Ensure delivery of high quality of service to customers at all times.

Qualififcations & Experieince
• Degree or Diploma in Communications or Marketing
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar field
- Holder of a valid driving licence
