The role is responsible for day-to-day buying of strategic and non-strategic items.

 

  • Create physical file for all new purchasing enquiries.
  • Input orders on our system and expedite Proforma Invoices and follow up with customers to receive Purchase Orders.
  • Liaise with the Logistics team for the coordination of freight component, such as Logistics service provider booking, follow up on receipt of documents from suppliers and follow up on documents for clearance at border.
  • Maintain the tracking report at each step of the transaction making sure that all required information are accurate and updated all the time.


Qualification & Experience

  • BSc in Management, Operations Management, Production, Procurement, Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • 2 years' experience in Supply Chain, Procurement or Logistics will be considered an asset.
