RESPONSIBILITIES
> Greet guest at entrance and escort them to their suite, touring them through the hotel, present keys.
> Contact guests and assist them with personalized services (spa, dining and activity reservations).
> Arrange, record and deliver all special requests for arriving guests.
> Offer personalized services, including packing/unpacking and organization of guest belongings, clothing pressing, laundry management, shoe shining, ice replenishment, personalized minimart concept, fruit preferences, bath menus, flight reconfirmation, wake-up call, sundowner drinks with canapé and description of room amenities.
> Create extra-special moments for guest at every opportunity, including recognizing and celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
> Monitor guest activity while at the resort, including being on call for any special requests or last minute needs, including shopping.
> Communicate movement of guest to all resort outlets, ensuring proper service and recognition
EXPERIENCE
> At least 2 years experience in a similar position.
> A Certificate/Diploma in field.
> Good communications Skills - English & French.
> Knowledge of Mandarin Language - both Spoken & written is a must.
