JOB OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking to recruit Business Development Executives/ Sales Executives to identify and win customers through sustained prospection and sales activities and to retain customers by preventing them from disconnecting and also decrease churn rate by maintaining the service level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Find new customers on data (internet, VPN, IPL, Data centre etc).
- Develop strategies and plans to identify new sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Respect market segmentation.
- Prepare needs analysis and present all services with pre sales.
- Prepare and submit proposals with pre sales.
- Negotiate and close deal with appropriate offers and ICTA approved price.
- Update customers on new services.
- Customer Retention.
- Develop and maintain a good and professional relationship with customer.
- Respond to customer needs, questions and queries in an efficient and effective manner.
- Deliver proposals to customers advising of loyalty programs for existing customers to minimize churn.
- Keep abreast with technology and latest telecommunication products and services.
- Increase revenue and connections from existing customer base.
- Participate in customer events and marketing activities.
- Initiate and contribute to continuous improvement of activities.
- Follow up on customer accounts to ensure settlement.
- Ensure healthy and effective pipeline management; pipeline must be managed three months ahead to ensure sales continuity.
- Cold call a minimum of 2 time per week to aid in healthy pipeline.
- Minimum of five meeting per day.
- Send complaints to be logged to Support.
- Follow up on expiry contract of Corporate customers.
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND APTITUDES
- Minimum : HSC + Certificate in sales & marketing or ICT related field with 3 years' direct selling experience within the Telecom /IT Sector
Or Diploma in Business Studies / Sales / Marketing with minimum 2 years' direct selling experience
- Valid manual driving licence for private car is a must

- Ability to work with little supervision and under pressure
