Adecco is an International HR and Consultancy firm. Our client, in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Business Development Executive.

 

Our client, in the manufacturing sector is looking for a Business Development Executive.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving new sales into the business through the relationship development of new and existing clients, with the main focus on new clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and actively seeking out new business and partnerships across Mauritius and Indian Ocean region.
  • Manage existing client base to ensure relationships and referrals are maximized to their potential.
  • Identify sales opportunities and ways to grow the business in current and new areas of industry.
  • Promote company's products by addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  • Develop positive and influential internal relationships throughout the organization.
  • Meet and exceed your KPls.
  • Contribute ideas and good proactive business sense to the team and organization.
  • Work as part of a team, attend team meetings and contribute where appropriate to deliver increased volumes of business.

Qualification:

  • BSC / BA in Administration / Sales or related field.
  • Previous working experience in the same role or as a Sales Executive / Manager.
  • Proven track history in sales and new business development.

Candidate profile:

  • Have a proper understanding of sales.
  • Have a sound market knowledge as well as excellent communication skills  
  • Be a natural relationship developer, influencer and problem solver.  
  • Be a team player with the ability to delegate and to ensure the job is completed.
  • Be forward thinking with ideas and have the desire to progress.
  • Have the drive to achieve and exceed targets.
