The overall responsibilities will be to develop, support and drive the sales of THEFACESHOP and salesforce with Wholesale partners, such as Intermart and our shops in Caudan Waterfront, Phoenix Mall, La Croisette and Plaisance Mall.
Main responsibilities
Act as a brand ambassador
§ set an example for store supervisors on all store activities.
§ be the role model to convey our passion for details, refinement, retail, and a client-oriented mindset.
Accountable for TheFaceShop experience
§ Ensure an engaging shopping experience for each client through
§ Set an example and monitor service codes & attitudes within the retail network.
Inspire, lead and develop the retail network
§ Sell-out oriented, you ensure achievement of the retail network sales targets and monitor consolidated network KPIs.
§ Perform sales analysis at the global level and propose actions for improvement adapted to different retail networks.
§ Guarantee the consistency of merchandising within the retail network.
§ Ensure the perfect execution of counter events and store animations.
§ Supervise “back-office” efficiency: sales analysis & reporting, stock management and ordering, shift schedule.
§ Collaborate closely with national head-office and proactively provide feedback for continuous improvement.
§ Manage, motivate and communicate with all retail networks on a regular basis.
§ Actively involved in recruitment of shop supervisers and if necessary, other team members.
§ Actively develop retail network through regular feedback, coaching and appraisals.
§ Communicate and support the field sales team in executing sales and marketing programs for headquarter account
§ Help support field in execution of promotional events for headquarter account.

§ Driving Licence is a must
