RESPONSIBILITIES
• Take part in training and implement accordingly
• Keep superior informed about all unusual matters concerning any plans affecting his/her area
• Ensure that guests receive high quality services and service provision
• Ensure an effective and efficient service to guests
• Present bill to guests and ensures that they are signed or paid and returned to the cashier
• Ensure that all items ordered from the store are collected on a daily basis
• Attend daily briefings and receives instructions from superiors concerning the daily planning of the outlet that he/she is assigned to work for
• Serve guests
• Provide beach equipment to guests
• Clean beach equipment and keeps beach zone free of debris
• Supervise use and maintenance of equipment
• Provide menus and serve beverages and snacks
