- Welcome guests and provide quality and high standards service in the F&B point of sale and Conference/Meeting Rooms - - Ensure high standard customer service at all times - Assist in increasing beverages revenue through sales

• Welcome guests and provide high standards service in Food & Beverages points of sale and Conference/Meeting Rooms
• Organise the layout of the bar lounge to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere at all times
• Ensure high standards customer service and establish good relationship with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
• Evolve working methods and maintain high level of creativity in line with the brand philosophy
• Ensure that the workplace remains clean and tidy and ensure the hygiene standards of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations
• Manage stocks and apply the established policies and procedures
• Inform the Management of any complaints or any issues that may arise timely
• Ensure that all rules concerning the Billing and Ordering are adhered to
• Assist in the training and coaching of team members

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• NC3 / NC4  in Restaurant/Bar
• Minimum School Certificate
• Minimum 2 years experience in sililar position
• Fluent in English and French
• A third language would be an advantage
• Is creative and dynamic
• Willing to work odd hours
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work on morning and evening shifts
