Core Duties: • Working on pre-determined strategies to optimize sales of all venues • Attending queries through telephone/emails/meetings • Meeting with expectation to exceed pre-determined and approved monthly budgeted figures for Banqueting, Food & Beverage sale in the hotels

  • Working on pre-determined strategies to optimize sales of all venues
  • Attending queries through telephone/emails/meetings
  • Meeting with expectation to exceed pre-determined and approved monthly budgeted figures for Banqueting, Food & Beverage sale in the hotels
  • Finalizing booking arrangements & requirements with clients while maximizing revenue
  • Directing clients as to the best alternatives based on clients’ requests
  • Coordinating with operations team on a timely basis
  • Maintaining client database and ensuring that it is continually updated
  • Issuing reports on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Understanding and analyzing market trends

 

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor of Hotel Management or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
  • Knowledge of Property Management’s System, Opera Sales and Catering will be an advantage/
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience as Sales Coordinator or Banquet Coordinator in a hotel environment.
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality with a positive service attitude.
  • Customer-oriented and sales driven.
  • Flexible upon working hours.
