LUX* Resorts & Hotels is hiring for the position of Baker for LUX* Grand Gaube.
The sucessful incumbent will be responsible to:
1) Actively participate in the preparation and production of all baked food according to the resort's standard recipes by using the highest standards of food items. 2) Prepare and present high quality food within the bakery section as per LUX* Resorts & Hotels guidelines.
3) Prepare all "mise en place" for all relevant items/menu.
4) Follow proper Health & Safety, hygiene and sanitation practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
1) Secondary schooling or equivalent qualifications.
2) National Certificate level 3 in food production or Bakery or equivalent qualifications.
EXPERIENCES
1) A minimum of 2 years of working experience preferably in the hospitality industry.
2) A minimum of 1 year of working experience as baker in a 5 star resort.
