Our client, a service provider, is looking for an Assistant to the Accountant.
Our client, a service provider, is looking for an Assistant to the Accountant.
The successful candidate will assist the Accountant and will be responsible for:
Main responsibilities:
- Scanning and filing of incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Booking of incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Payments to suppliers.
- Debtors/creditors reconciliations.
- Reconciliation of bank transactions prior to booking.
- Assist the Accountant as and when required in his tasks.
- Any other cognate duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualification:
- Qualifications: HSC with accounting as subject.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in the accounts department.
Candidate profile:
- Good communication skills.
- Detail focused.
