Some of the key responsibilities:

• Assisting the Production Manager in implementing the strategic objectives of the company
• Ensuring that operations are being carried out according to established standards
• Assisting the Production Manager, in managing his daily activities
• Maintaining a productive and efficient working environment
• Other related duties as required.

 Profile:

• A bachelor’s degree in science or related subjects
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision
• Enthusiastic and pro-active approach to promoting quality and improving processes
• Strong analytical and process improvement skills
