Assistant Head of Accounts
Key / Primary Responsibilities
-Formulate annual reports and monthly accounts
-Insure internal audit and control with the Internal Auditor
-General Ledger Journal Entries
-All adjustments and provisions
-Bank Reconciliation
-Control and Monitor of Stock adjustment
-Filling of Statistics Documents
-Assist the Head of Accounts department in dealing with daily matters
Education / Experience and Skills required
-Partly qualified ACCA-ACMA
-Diploma or Degree in Accounting and Finance
-A level in Accounting at HSC Level
-At least 3 Years’ experience within an accounting department
-Ability to manage and work within a team
-Highly computer literate
-Ability to work under pressure and report within time.

-To ensure adequacy of records and the efficiency of the accounts departments
