Assistant Floor Manager - Ocean Basket Bagatelle (ENL Lifestyle)

Ocean Basket restaurant, a subsidiary of ENL Lifestyle, situated at Bagatelle Mall, is recruiting a full time Assistant Floor Manager. Living in the Plaine Wilhems region will constitute an advantage.

Responsabilities:

• Assist the Floor/Restaurant Manager in leading a dedicated service team and in the planning and organization of the restaurant’s operations 

• Providing a compelling customer experience 

• Ensuring efficient service and profitable operation 


Qualifications, Profile and Experience:

• NTC Level 4/ Diploma in hospitality management or any related field ; 

• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a comparable position in the hospitality industry ; 

• Dynamic and motivated individual with good interpersonal and communication skills ; 

• Organized and able to work proactively ; 

• Good leadership, analytical and problem solving skills ; 

• IT literate with the ability to learn new software applications ; 

• Any equivalent combination of education and experience. 

• Able to work at irregular hours, on week-ends, public holidays and on a shift system.
