Reporting to the Destination Manager, the Assistant Destination Manager (French market) will work as part of the Overseas Management Team and be responsible for the planning, performance and service delivery of the latter in Mauritius.

 

Reporting to the Destination Manager, the Assistant Destination Manager (French market) will be assigned to take care of the business in the destination of some key tour operator accounts.

Qualifications and Experience required:

  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in operational management and delivery of customer services gained from working with tour operators
  • Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken
  • Have a positive attitude toward challenges and drive to excel
  • Possesses professional disposition with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Is confident in dealing with difficult situations
  • Can motivate a small team and enthusiastic to engage others
  •  Holds a valid car driving licence

Main responsibilities:

 -  Will ensure that the criteria of services with all hotels and suppliers will be met

  - Will ensure a first-class representation service towards hoteliers and suppliers on behalf of the assigned key accounts

 -   Will ensure an efficient customer care and take charge of complaints and other feedback from customers and/or hotel representatives.

 - Will sort out any problems concerning reservations for tour operator’s guests
