Our Client is seeking for an Assistant Company Secretary for its operations
Responsibilities:
. Assist in all areas of company secretarial tasks and provide expert advice to Directors on Corporate Law and Corporate Governance matters;
. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements;
. Liaise with the Chairman, CEO, Board and Committee members, organise and attend meetings;
. Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships;
. Produce timely and accurate minutes;
. Assist in the preparation of annual reports;
. Ensure statutory registers are kept up to date.
Profile:
. ICSA partly qualified or qualified;
. At least 3 years relevant corporate secretarial experience including administration of Board/Committee meetings and governance matters;
. A good knowledge of the applicable legislation and regulations in the field of capital market;
. Good mastery of relevant IT tools;
. Fluent in French and English both written and spoken;
. Dynamic personality with excellent communication and organization skills;
. Ability to work under pressure and sustain high standards of quality in terms of accuracy & meeting deadlines
. A good team player.
