Key Responsibilities:
- Work on Unix platform, Shell scripting, SQL.
- Taking the lead of the support activity to:
- Manage and follow user requests and incidents.
- Coordinate actions and drive the continuous improvement plan.
- Propose solutions and help people to solve issues.
- Leadership skills is a plus.
Qualification:
- Degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineer and/or any related courses.
Experience:
- Experience on Unix platforms and Shell scripting.
- C++ is a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Good communication in French.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to progress within a technical and functional environment.
- Strong experience in a support environment.
- Ability to integrate an existing team in order to complete assignments successfully.
- Ability to work under pressure.
