Provide repairs and maintenance and ensure all technical equipment including cold rooms and chillers is in good running condition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure proper operation and maintenance of HVAC system. Main components are chillers, air handling units and related duct systems and grilles, cooling towers, pumps and related piping systems, related electric circuits and panels, automatic controls, heat exchangers. If refrigeration included all cold rooms, related equipment, refrigeration machinery.
• Take corrective action on breakdown, faults and complaints
• Implements and executes proper preventive maintenance schedules.
• Prepare daily and weekly programmes.
• Monitoring and controlling contractor’s works on HVAC systems.
• Monitoring and recording performance of HVAC equipment & systems by help of regular log sheets. Maintains equipment in efficient operating condition.
• Reporting problems, recommending improvements, repairs, suggest capital expenditure items and projects. This relates to uneconomic repairs improvements in performance and comfort conditions as well as economic operation.
• To maintain equipment in safe operating conditions and ensures periodic safety and fire prevention inspections in accordance with local regulations and codes.
• Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the immediate Superior / Head of Department from time to time.
