Actively participate in all aspects of the new student recruitment and enrollment process.

 

  • Manage admissions staff toward becoming a team that provides excellent service to prospective and newly enrolled students.
  • Actively participate in all aspects of the new student recruitment and enrollment process.
  • Implement Marketing strategies to better the recruitment process.
  • Setting up of all the recruitment salons.
  • Travel as needed to achieve management and enrollment success. 
  • Figure out Marketing Strategies to attain objectives set by the Management team.
  • Manage Vatel Mauritius social medias for marketing purposes.
  • Oversee the training of the Admissions Department.
  • Ensure that the recruits are up to the standard and ethical expectation of Vatel Mauritius.
  • Foster an environment of cooperation and teamwork with the Admissions Staff and all departments of the school.
  • Enforce all policies relating to the acceptance and subsequent registration process of new students entering Vatel Mauritius.
  • Work with the Studies team to schedule new student induction as well as implement other school directives.
  • Partner with other departments as necessary to finalize enrollment process.
  • Adhere to all Vatel Mauritius policies and procedures and federal, state, and accrediting agency rules with respect to recruitment.
