Cim Finance Ltd is currently looking for an Administrative Clerk to work in its growing Factoring Department.
Job Profile
To provide administrative support to the Manager Factoring and the department as a whole. To ensure effective and efficient administrative support
Main Responsibilities
- Drafting of contracts
- Drafting of proposal letters
- Retrieve invoices and any other document from archive/filing to be sent to debtors
- Scanning of all contractual documents
- Daily filing of invoices
- Ensure stocks of relevant documents (brochures, application forms, stationery, subrogation stamps etc.) are sufficient
- Preparation of sanction letters
- Send correspondences by post to credit insurer and any other party
- Manage Sales team and manager’s calendar
- Attend calls

Candidate's Profile Qualifications | Minimum HSC but a Degree from a recognized institution will be an advantage | Technical Skills | Master MS Tools and knowledge in business administration |

Experience | At least 1 year in the same job role in a busy working environment |
