Carrying the duty of all administrative issues given by the Park Operations Executive
1. Reception/Information desk.
2. Processing of mails, answer telephone calls and formalize guests reservations, including cash handling.
3. Prepare daily program for Tour Leaders.
4. Keep general statistics.
5. General administrative tasks.
6. Be aware of and committed to sustainable tourism (environmentally and culturally responsible).
7. Ensure the tidiness of the Welcome Centre.
8. Be prepared to act in case of emergency as per the training received and recommendations made by the Company's Health & Safety Officer.
9. May be called to accompany guided tours.
