Main duties:
Provide support and develop presentations, reports, memos and other relevant documents
Provide secretarial and administrative support to management team
Manage Seven Colours generic email address
Assist other staff in the organisation with their enquiries
Code and file material according to the established procedures
Make travel, meeting and other arrangements for management team
Use computer word processing, spread sheet and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents
Ensure standards and templates are respected
Update and ensure the accuracy of the organisation's databases
Act as project coordinator for any events (bookings of air ticket and room, making…)
Determine strategies to move the organisation forward, set goals, create and implement actions plans and evaluate the process and results.
