Follow-up with the HRDC
Secretarial Duties
Assist the Administrative manager in the daily operations
To assist staff with IT issues and liaise with the IT Service Provider
To organise for Job Advert including coordination and distribution of response
Data recording and Project Recording
Profile:
Holder of the HSC
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
A multi-skilled and fast-learning person with a professional attitude
Good communication skills and fluent in both enlgish and french
