Our expertise covers 5 areas of innovation: Business and Management, IT/IS, Telecom, Engineering and High Technologies, Biotech and Pharma. MISSION
Finance:
1. Supervise and guarantee the production and the reliability of social security contributions, accounting and financial documents in accordance with the accounting, social and fiscal obligations,
2. Participate in the financial controlling : periodically establish reporting, optimize the activity analysis (monitoring and management tools) as well as the budget process,
3. Supervise the production of the projected financial statements, explain the gaps between the projected and the achieved statements and suggest corrective measures,
4. Improve and optimize the Group’s internal control (Establishment, implementation and control of the Administrative and Financial Department operating process, in particular concerning the inter-departments communication),
5. Ensure the financial information system optimization,
6. Operative support in the control activities: margin analysis, per client…

Legal/Social:
1. Validation and follow-up of our clients contracts,
2. Legal follow-up of insurances, assemblies and councils, and contentious and recovery proceedings,
3. Supervise the pay and the personnel administration (establish the remuneration policy in collaboration with the operational Director) and ensure the organization management of the acquaintances with the union representatives…

Treasury:
1. Supervise the treasury management and the need for working capital,
2. Managing debts
3. Ensure the relations with the banks and other financial institutions,

Accounting:
1. Ensure the annual account statements (balance sheet, income statement, income tax return),
2. Ensure the compliance of the analytical use,
3. Be in charge of the process optimization and ensure the good application of the Group procedures (internal control).

This description takes into account the major responsibilities and is not restrictive.
PROFILE
1. Master’s degree in accounting or finance
2. Master the office automation (Excel, Word, Powerpoint…) and an accounting tool as well.
3. Rigor, method and relational capacity are essential to succeed in this position.
4. Mastering French and English is compulsory. Any other language is a plus (Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch…)

Moreover, a first experience in this field and in team management is necessary.
