Our Client is seeking to recruit an Accounts Payable Clerk for its operation.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the Accounting operations of the business by processing invoices, making payment and resolving queries
  • Processing a high volume of invoices
  • Handling queries relating to accounting issues

Profile:

  • HSC with accounting knowledge.
  • CAT or ACCA Level 2
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of book keeping procedures
  • Good general knowledge of office procedures
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize daily requirements
  • Flexible with a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to work on own initiative
