The job incumbent will have to ensure accuracy of receipts for showroom transactions and ensure that all posting/allocation are recorded on the ERP system on a timely basis. The latter will also be required to work as cashier when need be.
Main Responsibilities
- Posting and allocation of receipts on the ERP system
- Follow up of queries with internal and external parties
- Perform responsibilities of cashier (cash collection & banking)
- Any other duties as may be requested by Management
Profile
- Minimum HSC holder
- At least 3 years’ experience in clerical work
- Computer literate and proficient with MS Office applications (Well versed in Excel)
- Proactive, honest and trustworthy
