Our client, a technological and driven service provider, is looking for an Accounts Clerk. Reporting to the Accountant, the successful candidate will have to:
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain the day to day transactions on the computerised accounting system and update accounting ledgers;
- Process accounts payables and receivables;
- Debtors reconciliation;
- Creditors reconciliations;
- Reconcile statements;
- Perform filing and other administrative procedures
- Review and prepare cheques for payments to suppliers as and when required
- Review, prepare and send invoices to clients
- Review and ensure that all invoices received from creditors are properly input on accounting system
- Review and prepare payment instructions for transfers upon request
Qualifications:
- Partly Qualified ACCA or equivalent qualification;
- At least 1 year experience in similar position would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook
- Previous experience on Quickbooks would be an advantage
