Accountant (Partly Qualified) - 1737-APQ

Our Client is seeking to recruit a Party Qualified Accountant for its operation

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of periodic and monthly financial management reports.
• Ensures that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in company books.
• Produces annual financial statements for auditing purposes.
• Monitor and support taxation issues.
• Generation of invoices and delivering to clients.
• Chasing of debtors.
• Adheres to Tax Legislation.
• To attend to queries and submit deliverables to the Mauritius Revenue Authority, Registrar of Companies and Financial Services Commission.
• Attend to client's and auditor's queries.

 Profile:

• HSC, ACCA partly qualified or other equivalent accounting professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years' previous working experience as an Accountant in a dynamic working environment.
• Proficiency in using Accounting Software.  
• Effective communication skills both written and oral and good interpersonal skills
• Strong integrity.
• Good planning organisational and reporting skills.
• Committed to deliver high quality output and pay attention to details.
• Team player.
