RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenance of Accounts with Finalization of Accounts – monthly , quarterly and annually, Control on General Ledger , Receivables , Payables and Inventory.

•Invoicing and follow up with airlines for payments.
•Booking of Expenses after verification of Voucher payables
•Complete Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Trial Balance, P/L A/C’s & B/S and handover the same to Chief Accountant.
•Co-ordinate on Statutory Audit work at Year End
•Prepare Monthly Financial Statements and show to Chief Accountant.
•Monitoring the day to day work done by other Accounts staffs
•Checking of Inventory documents on regular basis.
•Ensure all statutory payments .are paid before due dates.

EXPERIENCE
+ 10 years of experience
Bsc in Accounting
Experience in Food Industry will be a plus
