DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to promote and sell IT software, hardware and peripherals to corporate customer and provide a world class service.

• Responsible to develop the market and maintain a close network with top corporate business through regular visit to efficiently promote the range of products and services offered by the company.

• Assist the Corporate Sales Manager to implement the Sales strategy to achieve targets.

• Responsible to attend to customer's requests for hardware / software / IT solutions within the shortest delay.

• Responsible for submitting sales reports to the Sales Manager in appropriate formats.

• Responsible to assist customers in identifying and analyzing their needs and efficiently assist customers to identify suitable products that will be used to derive a solution to meet their requirements.

• Responsible to ensure that quotes are prepared and submitted to customer within the predefined deadline.

• Responsible to ensure timely communication with all department for the configuration, installation and delivery of products as per agreed deadline.
