The recruiter supports all administrative activities and processes within the Recruiting department to ensure that the recruiting demand based on the overall Recruitment Marketing strategy can be met.
 
 
The Key Responsibilities:
 
She/he will contribute to/assist with the operations support for a large recruiting demand.
 
-Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles to meet business demands
-Conducting interviews, sharing feedbacks about candidates and tracking their profiles in recruitment system and tools
-Acting as single point of contact for designated candidates for all recruiting related questions and concerns.
-Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities
-Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policies and operational metrics           
-Provide Hiring Managers with complete applicant files and appropriate interview results forms
-Assist in production of offer letters and contract management.
-Ensure quality and completeness of recruit's file.
-Responsible for post-acceptance details (database and file update, effective handover to HR).
-Assist in preparation of status reports on a regular basis and special reports on request
 

Qualifications:

-BSC in Human Resources / B.com Management and Human Resources or equivalent

-2 years to 5 years’ experience in Human Resources and administration

 

Knowledge/Skills Requirements:

-Understanding of the company's business objectives and organizational structure.

-Understanding of recruiting/sourcing processes and organization, systems and tools

-Basic understanding of requested Recruiting profiles.

-Work collaboratively with other members of the Recruitment Team and across the Recruiting, Sourcing and Human Resources.
