Assist the Business Support Team Leader in administrative duties
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist and follow up with the field representatives in their administrative tasks
- Prepare information material for the guests e.g welcome packs, hotel boards, etc.
- Keep contact with the TO Head Office as required.
- Handle complaints and compensations and assist field representatives in identifying unresolved complaints trends
REQUIREMENTS
- An individual who never stops looking ahead, seeking new ways to delight customers and grow the business,
- Experience in tourism – preferably as a field representative, a customer-facing staff.
- Exceptional administration skills, strong planning, organization and computer literacy.
- High level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities, without losing focus on planning ahead.
- Excellent knowledge of English both spoken and written. Basic German, Swedish or Polish will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently
- Must be IcT literate
- A valid car driving licence, an advantage
- Being in the tourism industry, candidates should have a flexible approach to their working hours and be able to work under pressure.
