30 TELEMARKETING AGENT

We are looking for 30 Telemarketing Agent to work on an Appointment setting campaign. from Monday to Friday, 5.00am to 2.00pm. Immediate start.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Employment Status: Full Time
• Working Hours: 05:00—14:00, Monday to Friday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Must have a very good level of English (oral and written)
• Positive attitude, results orientated & up for challenge
• Call centre experience or previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Must be committed, self motivated and has the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Must be able to multitask
• Computer literate (Office/Internet)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Make calls (for both inbound and outbound campaign)
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded
• Demonstrates excellent listening & problem solving skills
